Daytime Closures on Highway 4 Kennedy Hill Improvement Project

Starting Monday, July 12^th, daytime closures will resume on weekdays between 5 am to 7 am and between 11 am to 3 pm, with top of the hour traffic releases at all other times of the day and night. On weekends, drivers can expect top of the hour traffic releases.
