Trucking HR Canada has launched an online Learning Centre offering workplace harassment and violence training that will support federally regulated employers in meeting new Canada Labour Code requirements. Sign up now for the related webinar January 14.

As of January 1, 2021, all federally regulated employers have new compliance requirements with respect to workplace harassment and violence. Trucking HR Canada’s online training courses mark the latest in a suite of resources available to help employers in meeting these requirements.

The Learning Centre offers engaging, industry-leading, cost-effective training that supports regulatory compliance, through consultation with Labour Canada, employment lawyers, labour groups and HR professionals, ensuring these courses meet Trucking HR Canada’s HR standards of excellence.

Training resources include three modules that will: assist employers understanding procedures and obligations; help employees learn to how to better recognize, prevent, and respond to workplace harassment and violence; and provide more specialized training for designated recipients and others charged with responding to workplace incidents.
