Commercial Vehicle Safety and Enforcement (CVSE) would like to inform you that there have been route amendments/additions to both the CVSE1001 and CVSE1016 T-Forms.

The CVSE1001 T-Form is routes pre-approved for 5.0m OAW, and to be used for the transportation of vehicles/loads in excess of 4.4 m overall width up to and including 5.0 m overall width, outside of the Peace River area; maximum overall height on these routes is 4.88 m, except as specified.

The CVSE1016 T-Form is 9-axle logging truck routes, and to be used in conjunction with a Letter of Authorization and permits to operate overweight 9-axle logging trucks on approved routes the under Chapter 6.5 – Reducible Load Overweight Policy (RLOP) of the Commercial Transport Procedures Manual (CTPM).
