The BC Trucking Association extends our deepest sympathies to the Payne family for the loss of Gordon Payne, Chairman of Harbour Link Container Services Inc. Gordon was a long-time supporter of BCTA, and his loss will be deeply felt.

In 2009, Gordon acquired BTT from Maersk and transformed it into Harbour Link Container Services Inc. This company grew rapidly and is now one of the largest container drayage off-dock depots and transportation logistics providers at the Vancouver Gateway. In 2018 he established Tidewater Container Services, which provides services for CBSA at the TCEF facility related to the examination of cargo which flows through the Port of Vancouver.
