From surveying our members, we found that approximately two-thirds of BCTA members are federally regulated. You are federally regulated if you are an extra-provincial truck and/or bus carrier that carries goods or passengers across a provincial or international boundary.

If you are a federally-regulated company, be sure to join the Employment and Social Development Canada- Labour Program and Canadian Human Rights Commission for free virtual information sessions on labour standards, pay equity, and occupational health and safety on November 2, 3, and 4.

Join us for one session or all three. Don’t miss out on your chance to understand federal operating status requirements and how to comply with federal labour regulations. This event is free and is for BCTA members only—for more information and to sign up click here.
