Mainroad Group is requesting feedback on their road maintenance services provided to the following areas during the winter 2021-22 season. The information provided will be used to assess and improve the level of service in each area, as required.

Fleets operating on Vancouver Island and East Kootenay are invited to respond by April 4, 2022. The survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.

• Mainroad North Island, encompasses the Comox Valley, Campbell River, Port McNeill and Port Hardy, along with the smaller municipalities of Port Alice, Alert Bay, Sayward, Gold River, Tahsis, and Zeballos, as well as Denman, Hornby, Quadra and Cortes Islands.
• Mainroad Mid-Island, includes communities from Chemainus (North Cowichan) and Bowser (Regional District of Nanaimo). It also incorporates roads to and from the Duke Point and Departure Bay ferry terminals and two Gulf Islands, Gabriola and Lasqueti. Mainroad Mid-Island services the communities of North Cowichan (Chemainus Village), Ladysmith, Nanaimo, Lantzville, Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Port Alberni, Bamfield (unincorporated), Ucluelet and Tofino. Along with these cities, there are four regional districts including Cowichan Valley Regional District, Regional District of Nanaimo, Alberni Clayoquot Regional District and Powell River Regional District.
• Mainroad East Kootenay, lies between Radium Hot Springs (North), Goatfel (West), Alberta (East) and the US border (South).
