As part of the final remaining works on the Highway 91/17 Upgrade Project, additional barriers are required to finalize the interchange ramp from Highway 91C westbound to Highway 17 westbound. In order to complete this work, temporary nighttime full closures of this ramp are required in early February. 

Traffic Impacts:

• Nighttime closures of the interchange ramp from Highway 91C westbound to Highway 17 westbound are scheduled to take place from 1 a.m. to 4 a.m. on February 6 and 7, 2023. 
• While the closures are in effect, traffic will follow a detour route on Highway 91C westbound by using the ramp connecting to Highway 17 eastbound and following signs for River Road. At the roundabout, take the onramp to Highway 17 and continue westbound. See map below for details.  
• There will be additional signage in place prior to the closure to inform drivers about these traffic pattern changes.
