As of end of July, the Sprott Street and Douglas Road intersection is now open to both eastbound and westbound traffic along Sprott Street and Canada Way. The full road closure will start on Canada Way to Spruce Street. Between Spruce Street and Norland Avenue, northbound traffic will be closed, while southbound traffic will remain open.

In late August, Douglas Road will reopen to all traffic and remaining construction for this project will be focused on valve chamber construction and restoration at Manor Street and on Kincaid Street, until Fall 2025. 

Kincaid Street will be closed from Teal Avenue to Canada Way until Spring 2025. During this time, there is no access between Canada Way and Kincaid Street as the construction team builds an underground valve chamber on Kincaid Street.
