BCTA member Centurion Trucking Inc. ranks 5th in the Transportation and Logistics category in its second year on the Growth 500 list and 131st overall, with a five-year growth rate of 670 percent.

The Growth 500 ranks Canadian businesses on five-year revenue growth.

“The companies on the 2018 Growth 500 are truly remarkable. Demonstrating foresight, innovation and smart management, their stories serve as a primer for how to build a successful entrepreneurial business today,” says Deborah Aarts, Growth 500 program manager. “As we celebrate 30 years of the Canada’s Fastest-Growing Companies program, it’s encouraging to see that entrepreneurship is healthier than ever in this country.”

Among Vancouver companies on the list, Centurion ranks 21st. Headquartered in Surrey, Centurion provides freight transportation services across North America, primarily for food and beverage clients.

“Centurion Trucking is honoured to be on the Growth 500 ranking for the second year in a row,” says CEO Harpreet Kalsi. “However, this accomplishment belongs to our valued drivers, co-workers, business partners and supporters. Without the collaborative teamwork of all involved, none of this would be possible.”
