The Information Centre site at 10382 Pat Bay Highway, North Saanich, run by the Saanich Peninsula Chamber of Commerce will be closed starting October 18, 2021, until April 2022.

During this period the site will be inaccessible to all vehicles, the washrooms will be closed, and there will be no garbage disposal available on site.

The decision to close the property until April was made due to increased maintenance costs. Unfortunately, the Saanich Peninsula Chamber of Commerce was not able to secure the funding needed to cover the additional costs, however will continue to work toward a longer term solution to providing rest area facilities during the winter months.
