The deadline for the survey has been extended to end of day Wednesday, March 9th, and only those who take the 2022 Compensation Survey before the deadline will get access to the aggregated data.
We encourage all motor carrier members to participate in this survey, as it will provide you with a valuable reference for compensation and benefits for the full range of employees in your company. The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Some of the information requested will include:

Information on your company such as the size, area and type of operation;

Information on your employees such as average age and the approximate number of employees of each gender;

Benefits your company may provide; and

Compensation for owner-operators, company drivers and other staff.

Company information will remain confidential, and once aggregated, BCTA will delete all identifying details from the survey site. Please note: Motor Coach Members are asked not to complete this survey as a future survey will be distributed to capture motor coach compensation trends.
