The deadline for the survey has been extended to end of day Friday, February 17th, and only those who take the 2023 Compensation Survey before the deadline will get access to the aggregated data, as well as an updated Comprehensive Compensation Report, which tracks the compensation trends across BCTA’s previous surveys.
We encourage all motor carrier members to participate in this survey, as it will provide you with a valuable reference for compensation and benefits for the full range of employees in your company. The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Some of the information requested will include:
- Information on your company such as the size, area and type of operation
- Information on your employees such as average age and the approximate number of employees of each gender
- The number of current employees in different positions in your company
- Compensation levels and benefits provided by your company to different positions
- Compensation levels for owner-operators, if applicable
