The survey deadline has been extended for one final week, and it is crucial that we gather your input to strengthen BCTA’s advocacy efforts on government regulations, programs, and initiatives impacting the trucking industry.
As a new provincial government forms, your input becomes even more essential. The data collected will directly support BCTA’s efforts to advocate for expanded PST credits or exemptions for capital expenditures, aligning them with exemptions under the Production Machinery and Equipment (PM&E) PST program.
The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and includes questions about:
- Your company’s size, type of operation, and annual revenue.
- Details on heavy-duty trucks and buses with a GVW of 11,794 kg or greater.
- Expected vehicle turnover this year.
- Operating expenses such as fuel, tolls, insurance, and repairs.
