Construction activities for the Highway 91/17 Upgrade Project are now underway.  Starting Sunday, June 6th, a retaining wall located on Highway 17 will be removed and rebuilt closer to River Road.  This will take approximately 7-10 nights to complete.

Traffic Impacts:

  • Work will take place between 8:00 pm and 5:00 am.

  • There will be a temporary slow lane closure on Highway 17 (westbound) right before Highway 91C.

  • There will be single lane alternating traffic on River Road east of 96 Street between 7:00 pm and 5:00 am.

  • There will be minor parking restrictions in place on River Road east of 96 Street.
