The deadline to apply to Trucking HR Canada’s Top Fleet Employers (TFE) Program is fast approaching.

The TFE Program recognizes and celebrates Canadian employers across the trucking and logistics industry who meet and exceed HR standards of excellence. Members of the TFE community have access to curated learning opportunities and resources highlighting best practices used throughout the industry.

Employers who participate in this program are able to work directly with THRC to access resources to aid in the continual improvement of HR practices across the sector.

The TFE Program offers participants:

• Third-party evaluation of HR practices by industry specialists, with annual feedback and scoring
• TFE HR community chat network: opportunity to connect with an engaged group of peers and industry experts
• Industry recognition as a leader in the space, striving to have the Trucking and Logistics sector seen as a desirable industry to work in
