Trucking HR Canada’s Job Connect board can help you find new talent if students are a part of your hiring plans.

THRC'S Job Connect is an exclusive job board for employers who want to participate in the Student Work Placement Program. This dedicated bi-weekly email helps promote work-integrated learning and other job opportunities available within their network of truck transportation and logistics employers.

Employers who have vacant positions can let THRC know, and they will share them with post-secondary partners who are actively filling open roles with students. Students hired through the Job Connect board may be eligible for wage subsidies up to $7,500.
