The Top Fleet Employers program is a national program by Trucking HR Canada that recognizes the importance of having sound HR policies and practices in the trucking and logistics industry.

The program is open to fleets of every type and size and in every region of the country.

For those who are interested, Trucking HR Canada recommends that you:

1. Apply early - The application can take some time to complete. Starting early can help ensure it is completed in time.

3. Review the application and compile all information - Make sure you included the necessary details as well as any great work your organization has done this year.

The TFE application is completed online through their Top Fleet Employers Portal, and the year’s Top Fleet Employers will be announced at the beginning of April.
