In a bid to address the growing concerns surrounding highway safety in Canada, the Canadian Trucking Alliance (CTA) is reaching out to truck drivers, fleet operators, and safety managers.

Recognizing the pivotal role truck drivers play in the country's economy, CTA aims to collect feedback on a range of issues, including highway construction, road design, unsafe driving behaviors, insufficient rest areas, and cellular coverage challenges.

CTA has initiated the Canada Highway Safety Perceptions survey, encouraging members, fleets, and the wider industry to share the survey with their drivers. The online survey, available in both English and French, requires no personal or corporate information, ensuring anonymity for participants. The survey covers various aspects of highway safety.

The collected survey data, presented anonymously, will be shared with the CTA Board of Directors, Transport Canada, and other safety stakeholders. The objective is to collaboratively develop solutions that enhance highway and truck driver safety throughout Canada.
