Registration Policy

How to Register

Please complete and submit an online registration form for the desired event or training course. BCTA does not accept registration by phone.

Confirmation Policy

Online registrants will receive an immediate confirmation by email. If you have not received a confirmation, please consider yourself not registered and contact BCTA at 604-888-5319 or [email protected]

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be issued for cancellation received in writing ten (10) working days prior to the event/course date. No refunds will be issued for no shows nor notice received after the two week deadline.

Payment Policy

Payment for online registrations is by Visa or MasterCard. Members of BCTA may request to be invoiced via the online registration and checkout process.

Media

I grant the British Columbia Trucking Association (BCTA) permission to use my likeness, name, and any other information I provide in media, including photographs, videos, and audio, for promotional and marketing purposes. I understand that I will not receive separate compensation for this permission. I also release BCTA from any and all liability that may arise from the use of my media.
