Due to the Broadway Subway Project, traffic pattern changes along Broadway between Kingsway and Columbia Street will begin on June 5th. Work to transition the traffic configuration to three lanes on Broadway (2 eastbound and 1 westbound) will start the evening of Saturday, June 5th from 7:00 pm to 9:00 am on Sunday, June 6th.
Traffic Impacts:

Work to transition traffic configuration will continue until the end of August to allow for construction of traffic deck.

Quebec Street will be closed from E.Broadway to the laneway towards 10th avenue.

Once completed later this summer, 4 at-grade lanes will be restored on Broadway.
The Broadway Subway Project is a 5.7 kilometre extension of the Millennium Line, from VCC-Clark Station to Broadway and Arbutus.
