Brand new for 2022, please remember that federally-regulated employers need to file their Employer’s Annual Harassment and Violence Occurrence Report (EAHVOR) by March 1st, 2022.

The EAHVOR is required by Labour Canada to be submitted annually, for the period of January 1 to December 31 of the previous calendar year.
