Please note that the Commercial Transport Procedures Manual (CTPM) has been updated. The January 2022 version can now be found on the CVSE webpage.

Commercial Vehicle Safety and Enforcement (CVSE) has noted that most of the changes within the manual are administrative, including but not limited to updated contact information, amended pre-approved heavy haul routes and the 2023 holiday travel restrictions table.

The Commercial Transport Procedures Manual is a collection of legislation, policies, standards, and guidelines to be followed in the operation of a commercial transportation business in B.C.  Please note that if you do not see “January 2022” at the bottom of the CTPM pages online, you may need to clear your browser’s cache.
