At the Trucking HR Canada (THRC) 2023 Women With Drive Leadership Summit, David Coletto, CEO of Abacus Data, shared some key insights into THRC’s new research about the perceptions of career seeking women on working in the industry.

Now, THRC wants to know what challenges and successes you, as an employer, have encountered when recruiting, retaining, and promoting women in your company. The following survey will take about ten minutes to complete and will enhance Trucking HR Canada’s understanding of the barriers and opportunities that exist for women in trucking, allowing them to develop better resources and programming to support your HR needs. 

Please note that the information submitted will not be used to identify you or your business/operation directly or indirectly. The results will be compiled and analyzed by Abacus Data, an independent third party and only overall results will be reported and shared with the industry.
