Each scholarship category awards two $1,250.00 prizes.
In recent years, the trucking industry has continued to dominate Prostate Cancer Canada’s Plaid for Dad fundraising campaign. Workplaces and individuals are encouraged to wear plaid on June 18- the Friday before Father’s Day- to raise awareness and funds for prostrate cancer research and support.
1 in 9 Canadian men- grandfathers, dads, husbands, brothers, and sons- will be diagnosed with prostrate cancer in their lifetime.* Prostrate cancer is the most common cancer and third leading cause of death in Canadian men.
