The meeting is taking place on Zoom and will include reports from BCTA Chairperson Phil Bandstra and President & CEO Dave Earle. Guest Ken Peacock, Chief Economist and Vice President of the Business Council of BC, will also present an up-to-the-minute BC Economic Update following the AGM.
Only members who complete the survey will have access to the aggregated data, providing a deep competitive advantage in BC’s commercial transportation sectors compensation data.
BCTA is in field surveying our motor carrier members about current compensation trends.

FleetOwner announced its 2020 Top For-Hire 500 list for North America, noting the trucking industry has been crucial throughout all phases of the national response effort and to the economy.
FleetOwner recognized a vast majority of for-hire fleets in the US and Canada are small businesses, with 97.4% operating 20 or fewer trucks and 91.3% operating 6 or fewer trucks. Companies are included on the For-Hire 500 list based on power units operated by a fleet.
Our Board of Directors is accepting applications for the 2021-22 term from motor carrier members. Those received by Friday March 12, 2021, will be considered for approval at our Annual General Meeting this coming June.
