Ever wonder whether your employee compensation and benefits package is competitive?
Retention and recruitment continue to be well-known challenges in the industry. BCTA is committed to ensuring that members are equipped with benchmarking data to assist in the process of comparing your company’s compensation and benefit offerings with that of others and making sure they are competitive.
This year the BC Trucking Association turns 110 years old, and to help celebrate Western Canada Highway News (WCHN) magazine will be publishing a special anniversary feature in their Spring 2023 issue.
Each year BCTA ensures that you are equipped with benchmarking data to assist in the process of comparing your company’s compensation and benefit offerings with that of others through the BCTA Compensation Survey. Those who complete the online survey exclusively receive aggregated industry wage and benefit data for the full range of positions in a company.
We are thrilled to announce that BCTA has a new addition to the team- Gurminder Dhaliwal, BCTA Business Development Representative will be working closely with members, industry, and the public to develop and strengthen partnerships and build collaborative relationships with others inside and outside the organization.
So as a BCTA member, you posted your class 1 driver job opportunity on our website’s Job Board.
