Incident Investigation, Tickets & Violations Mar 11

Incident Investigation, Tickets & Violations Mar 11

What happens after a collision or ticket can be just as important as what led up to it.

Designed for supervisors, safety managers, and fleet leaders, this one-day course focuses on how to respond effectively to collisions, tickets, and roadside enforcement outcomes — and how to use those events to strengthen your safety and compliance practices moving forward.

Participants will learn what to do immediately following a collision, including critical first steps, internal notifications, evidence collection, and documentation requirements. The course also provides a clear breakdown of tickets, violations, and roadside enforcement results, helping attendees understand what they mean for drivers, fleets, and overall compliance.

A strong emphasis is placed on identifying root causes so organizations can address underlying issues and prevent repeat incidents. Attendees will gain practical guidance on improving internal investigation processes, strengthening documentation, and building consistency in post-incident response.

This course equips fleets with the tools and confidence to respond professionally, reduce risk, and turn incidents into learning opportunities that support safer operations.

Participants will complete an end-of-course assessment and, upon successful completion, will receive a Certificate of Completion.
