The BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (MoTI) is inviting you to take their 2021 online survey about the services offered to British Columbians and the travelling public.

The customer satisfaction survey will help MoTI know how satisfied you are with their services, where they can improve and where to focus their resources.  This year’s survey contains new questions about active transportation, winter road and highway maintenance, the Passenger Transportation Branch and priorities for Commercial Vehicle Safety and Enforcement.

Information collected from the surveys are also used to inform MoTI’s decisions on highway maintenance contracts, provincial rest areas improvements and highway project priorities. Past feedback can be found on their website.

Take the survey and have your say! The confidential survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and is available until Tuesday, August 31, 2021.
