Brand new for 2022, please remember that federally-regulated employers need to file their Employer’s Annual Harassment and Violence Occurrence Report (EAHVOR) by March 1^st, 2022.

The EAHVOR is required by Labour Canada to be submitted annually, for the period of January 1 to December 31 of the previous calendar year.
