Trucking HR Canada (THRC) supports the industry with its HR challenges by providing relevant, accurate, and accessible labour market information.
THRC is conducting a National Employer Survey which is being funded in part by the Government of Canada’s Sectoral Initiatives Program. THRC is reaching out to owners and HR professionals of trucking and logistics companies of all sizes to understand current HR issues the industry is facing, including:
- How has employment changed in your company through COVID-19?
- What challenges do you expect to face in the coming months?
- What supports will you need moving forward?
The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete, and all responses are confidential. Those who participate in the survey will receive an invitation to an exclusive early release briefing of the results. The last day to participate in the survey is July 9th, 2021.
